What to Eat:

What to avoid:
- sugar
- salt
- white flour
- white rice
- white potatoes
- chocolate
- sweets
- egg yolks
- heavy salad dressings and sauces (ex. Ranch Dressing, Alfredo sauce)
- heavily processed foods
